CPHI Mentorship Programme – building a stronger pharma community

The CPHI Mentorship Programme is a new and exciting initiative to pair professionals at an early point in their career with more experienced industry leaders.

The inspiration for the programme came from women working in pharma around the world who all expressed a need for more mentorship to support their own individual path to leadership. This pilot phase looks to connect female mentees with mentors willing to share insights. The following article highlights how mentoring can benefit the whole pharma community.
